There is such a distorted system right now; we put our children in classrooms that turn into gas chambers, waiting for them all to learn at the same time, perhaps we accuse someone who was created to be a great artist or athlete with inadequacy and destroy his self-confidence. If a student doesn’t understand at the same pace as everyone else because of his or her special needs or if their  brains work differently, we threaten him or her with unemployed, being penniless, being a  second-rate citizen, and naturally this loveless and poor person is psychologically traumatized with fears. Instead of providing a solution for them to be able to study harder or with better methods when they become sick or unable to follow the lesson for a family reason, we force them to retake the  whole year again. All this is unscrupulous and stupid. We need a new and more intelligently designed education system.

The new education system I will propose will have 3 important features;

  1. Ability analysis and tendency tests from kindergarten to special education.
  2. Advanced distance education technology that reaches the level to answer all questions correctly in exams
  3. Practical field training


Scientific research shows that the time we spend focusing on success and education is extremely effective. The most important feature of the people who have made a voice in the world and are seen as “geniuses” in their fields is that they start their professions at a young age. Just like a game. Bill Gates was the richest person and computer programmer in the world. With the help of his father, he started writing code when he was a child. Nobody forced him, he was born into it. Or the family of many famous musicians are musicians and are born into music too. For example, Michael Jackson and Beethoven.

Beethoven’s grandparents, father and most of his family are professionals in music. His father forced Beethoven to play the piano at the age of 4, and when he did wrong, he became aggressive. Of course, this is a very wrong education system, but despite the mistakes in it, the contribution of specialization, which started at a young age, is evident.

Can you imagine a teenager who started learning mechanical engineering in his late teens and whose mind was on the opposite sex would be more successful? Or would a 4-year-old boy who is at the motor workshop, that gives his father a tool and is rewarded with chocolate when he puts  some pieces together, more successful ? Obviously; When the two children graduate from their school at the age of 24, one will have 20 years of expert experience and the other will only be in the market with limited knowledge from his/her exam and therefore cannot compete. If we want to revolutionize the world of the future, we must change our education system and make it fun for our children.

In the new education system, all kinds of abilities of children will be researched with speciality exams held every year starting from kindergarten, and the more active parts of their brains and their physical capacities will be analyzed by scientific methods. Until the  high school years, he/she will be able to discover their ideal profession in which he has established his skills  and receive vocational education in a fun way. As soon as the experts come to a joint decision with the child and family, the child should begin vocational education. In the decision process, the student will be assisted in the field to experience the profession he/she has decided on the spot. Because many students who think that they want to become a doctor are actually disgusted with the work of the doctor and the patients and desire only the prestige of the doctors in society. This trend causes us to encounter employees who give bad services and who cannot develop in their jobs and play with our health. Samples can be increased for each sector. Students will be provided with experience in the field of work to find their dream job.

Talents in all fields: arts, sports, mathematics, literature and even extraordinary abilities… In one of the areas of about 100 different categories, students in the one-thousandth skill slice will be taken to a special talent schools and will be given a different education.

The analysis and discovery process for sports, arts and extraordinary talents for other students will continue and these exams will be renewed every year.


When graduating from school, it is generally sufficient to answer more than half of the questions in the exam correctly. This is also ridiculous. Is the remaining half trivial? If an engineer builds the braking system only halfway, will it work? Or if a doctor knows how to remove the heart but can’t put it back, will that be enough? For this reason, the private sector is looking for especially experienced staff and does not respect the diploma of schools.

The government is clearly lacking here, they want to graduate students as soon as possible and make the supposedly educated workforce count look like it has increased. So what’s the solution?

We have to train them until they answer all of the questions correctly. But we can use distance education technology for this. Now we can watch the teacher from our tablet or computer, and ask questions from there. If there are lessons we missed or even parts of the lesson that we cannot hear from the noise surrounding, we can rewind and watch the lesson again. We can get answers to all the questions we look for in forums and live chat systems and from the archive of questions asked. Artificial intelligence can see the questions that you can not answer in the exam, analyze which lesson the student should watch and save the student’s time. In the classical old method, it is required to re-study the whole year and the lessons from the beginning.

Here, in the appropriate departments, this method can be used to ensure that more students are educated but without attending the university.


The best way to learn swimming is to fall into the pool. Even the fastest way to learn a language is to go to that country and have to speak in the community. We cannot learn to ride by looking at bicycles and reading books about bicycles. Today, even field studies called internships are limited to a few months during graduation. However, students should be sent to work free of charge at companies established by universities or companies in the field. In this way, both the private sector can get fresh blood and increase its production capacity, and students can learn the job directly in the field. Companies can be supported by awarding premiums to companies that raise them for students with high school success.
